Sunrise Hypnosis

Ryan helped me tremendously. I am currently going to school full time and also working full time. Needless to say my stress level was out of control, to the point it was affecting my school work and study time and then taking it's toll on my work and social life.
If you noticed I said my stress level WAS out of control. Through his guidance and the tools of self hypnosis he gave me on how to manage all this chaos in my life.
I am doing wonderful in school and have aced my last 3 tests!!! I don't feel overwhelmed like I used to and when I start to have those feelings again I now have the knowledge and skills of self hypnosis to ease my my stress level down!! Thank you so much Ryan for your help!!
